A General Manager  is responsible for directing the daily operations of  the restaurant.  All activities of the General Manager  are expected to be consistent with and supportive of the restaurant's business plan.  The General Manager ensures all employees are performing their job responsibilities.  The General Manager develops and executes the business plan for a million dollar restaurant.

Our General Manager training program will prepare you to lead a Hardee's team, manage restaurant operations and provide quality guest service. If you have 3 - 5 years of restaurant experience, customer service skills and the potential to become a District Manager, then its time to join our team.

• 3 - 5 years in management positions preferably fast food restaurant experience
• Good communication skills
• Strong leadership abilities
• Customer service oriented
• Problem solving skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management
• Ability to manage a million dollar business
